If we discover that you have used our trademarks or other intellectual property we may bring legal proceedings against you.

We will provide activities and events using care and skill. We may appoint independent sub-contractors to run or assist with our activities and events. We, on occasion, use third parties to supply certain aspects of our activities and events. We use reasonable care in selecting competent independent sub-contractors and third parties.
Our own staff are all trained to a high standard and are DBS checked in accordance with the law.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all participants understand health and safety instructions which will be given in English.

If you are making a booking on behalf of another person you must be the parent or legal guardian if the person is a minor.
If you are making an online booking or booking request by any other means you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and this constitutes an agreement between us.
You are responsible for checking the details of your booking and notifying us immediately of any errors.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking without the need to give a reason.
Before a booking contract comes into existence between you and us we reserve the right to increase or decrease advertised prices for activities and events at any time and without notice.
If our costs of running an activity or event increase for a reason beyond our control we reserve the right to increase our fees accordingly.

A consent form must be submitted by all attendee partaking in activities and events. A fundamental part of signing this is accepting that our activities and events present an element of measured risk.
All special medical requirements or health conditions must be reported upon completing this form.
Special dietary requirements and food allergies must be notified prior to your activity or event.
Appropriate clothing should be worn for all activities and events, this includes long trousers, tops with long sleeves and closed toes footwear. We cannot accept responsibility for insect bites or allergic reactions to plants. It is your responsibility to dress correctly and provide insect repellent as required.
Property is left onsite at your own risk.

We reserve the right to charge for damaged equipment.
An activity or event description constitutes only an indication of what activities or events will take place and does not form part of the contract between us.
Expenses due to alterations are born by the participant and in certain circumstances charges may be made by us to implement these alterations.
You must conduct yourself in an acceptable manner. Parents, guardians and teachers are responsible for the behaviour of attendees in their care and must maintain control of their charges.

Activities and Events
All Celebrations/Parties:

Minimum of 2 adults must accompany each party and be prepared to get involved!

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking of which 50% is considered as a non-refundable but transferable deposit. Cancellation of a party when done by the client within 48 hours of the scheduled party will mean a loss of the whole payment and is not transferable.

A party may be cancelled by the provider in extreme cases, eg extreme weather or sickness, in this situation the client may have a full refund or may transfer to an alternative date.

Party numbers should be advised upon booking and must be confirmed a minimum of 4 days prior to the booked event. If there is an increase in the numbers attending on the day then this must be agreed with ourselves prior to the party due to staffing ratios and any additional costs will be immediately payable. We would ask that you give us as much notice if your party is to exceed 18 for staffing purposes, with the exception of the Tinies party as that must not exceed 14. If party numbers fall below the confirmed number of attendees, a reduction in price cannot be made due to pre-booked staff levels and NO refund will be given.

Home School & Roarers Playgroup events:
Please book and pay for these events through the website using our Stripe payment system. All information supplied must be complete and accurate. A confirmation ticket is sent upon receipt of the booking and this should be presented either electronically or in paper format when attending your chosen event. If you have not received your confirmation ticket then please contact us by email using info@wrekinforestschool.co.uk or calling 07888851813.
An adult must remain to supervise their child/children in all circumstances. We are not adequately staffed to be responsible for your children for these events. No refund can be given for these events, but by agreement in certain circumstances the ticket may be transfered to the next available event.

Schools and Clubs :
will be invoiced and no deposit is required, minimum charge for school day visits £300. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Cancellation less that 48hrs prior to the event date will incurs a 50% payment of the minimum charge, ie £150. Any booking may be moved to a new date in extreme circumstances, this may include staffing issues on either side, such as illness, a significant illness impacting the children intended to be visiting, extreme weather, such as snow, high winds and extreme rain, ie rain that is so intense that there is no let up and the pleasure of the day is likely to be significantly impacted by.

Holiday club:
requires full payment at the time of booking with 50% being a non-refundable deposit.
Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the start of the event will result in the complete loss of the full payment; when more than 48 hours notice is given the whole payment may be transferred to an alternative holiday club date or a 50% refund may be requested.

Celebration site:
A deposit is taken at the time of booking. Full payment is taken 28 days prior to the event date. Should the client cancel the event giving more than 28 days notice, then either the client can opt for an alternative date or the original deposit is lost. If an excess of the deposit has been paid and more than 28 days notice is given of cancellation the the additional monies will be refunded, but not the original deposit.

Camping & special events with Forest School:

Camping and camping events that are associated with forest school special events will pay in full at the time of booking. 50% of this payment is a deposit and is non-refundable, but transferable.

Remember: if it becomes necessary for me to cancel a booking I will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or an alternative date.

Please note that attending ‘Forest School’ means you will have access to a wide range of equipment, some of which may be dangerous if used incorrectly. Many of our activities entail using equipment that exposes attendee to measured risk and instructions on use must be followed at all times. A disclaimer must be completed by all attendees prior to accessing Forest School.

Every effort is made to ensure the woodland and its contents are as safe as humanly possible and advice on safe use of equipment will always be given verbally or in written form. All participates (or their guardians) are required to sign a disclaimer prior to using the activities. We reserve the right to ask anyone behaving in an improper or dangerous manner to leave the site. By using our site you are agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions. Our website and all transactions, and, these terms and conditions are governed in all respects by the laws of England. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our Privacy Policy:

Our Privacy Policy also applies to your use of our site, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Whenever you purchase activities at our site, our terms and conditions will apply to the sales.
We use a third party to process the payment on our behalf. All information that you supply to us whilst making a booking via the website is encrypted prior to transmission to protect your details and your privacy.
